We’ll send you three short practices a day from some of our favorite teachers. All you need to do it set aside a few minutes in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening, and we’ll guide you through the rest!

How to Track Your Progress
Once you’ve completed the practice, click the button that says “I DID IT!” This will help you track your progress over the three days. Note that if you use different devices to access the program your progress might not carry over. Simply go in and press the “I DID IT!” buttons on the practices you’ve completed to track on multiple devices.
